This is a dark comedy and created by Liz Feldman; there are ten episodes having a duration of 26-33 minutes, in the first season. It was released on May 3, 2019, on Netflix. This is a story of Jan, a widow, her husband died in a hit and run. And Jan is determined to solve the crime that who killed her husband. Judy, a free spirit a woman, who lost her fiancé a couple of months back. Both Jan and Judy made a perfect match; they form a female friendship.
The dark comedy explores the funny and weird sides and grief lost and forgiveness, and there are a lot of surprising twists and turns and secrets that do not expect in the show. The chemistry between the two leading ladies is Jan and Judy, their burn their friendship is the highlights of the show. Both of together worked very well. They support each other, rely on each other; they become the solo frame on the show. Individually both of the actresses has killed it.
They seem like a natural comedian, and the gomovies show is a dark comedy where the audience will get deeper emotions also. The characters emotion, frustration, the war they are going through both internally and externally, all of their reaction appears correctly on screen. The characters have done full justification for their particular role. The character Judy will be loved by the audience because she is an optimistic, free spirit person, a good person, at the same time, she bears some secrets related to her pasts. The audience will feel for her, they will want to hate her, but they can not, she did an outstanding job.

The storyline and their execution are intriguing. The message of the show is very deep; they get into lost and grief, people making mistakes. And all these affects Jan and Judy, They think they are fine, but they are more going on than it seems. The audience will be very much shocked after the first twists. There are lots of twists, but the audience has to go on watching one by one. This show is full of twists at the same time it is just comedic. After the first episodes, there will be lots of secrets, but that is not the end, there will be more secrets to be revealed in the upcoming episodes. Throughout the season the mystery the thriller going on.
The way the season ends is blooming; no one will expect the ending in such a way. But it will make the audience curious for season two because everyone is expecting a roller coaster journey in Jan and Judy’s life. In a nutshell, the show has so many layers, it is dark, it is funny, and it is twisted. This show is unique; the script is prepared in such a way that, they go back and set things in such a way that people will not expect at all.
